In Vitro Protein Digestibility of ME-PRO® in Juvenile White Shrimp
Results of a study conducted at the Oceanographic Institute at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil show that the commercial microbial enhanced protein product, ME-PRO®, has significantly higher levels of hydrolysable protein and a higher predicted apparent protein digestibility than soybean meal and soybean protein concentrate when tested with juvenile Pacific white shrimp.
